Classes for Everyone!
At Body Calm we do our best to offer a variety of classes to keep your workouts and yoga practice fresh. Our classes, unless otherwise noted are designed for all levels of students. If you are a beginner or just getting back into a fitness routine, don’t be afraid join any of our classes. Our teachers are experienced and offer modifications or more advanced options to make the class challenging and accessible for everyone.
