Elizabeth Capper, Licensed Massage Therapist, Yoga Teacher RYT 200

Elizabeth completed her massage training with the Green Mountain Institute for Integrative Therapy in Southern Portugal in 2007. After 6 years living and working as a chef/massage therapist between Portugal and Alaska, she decided, with her husband Paul and 2 mischievous mutts, to put down some roots, and Idaho was the place!

Realizing her long time goal, in 2013 she attended Frog Lotus Yoga International in Andalusia, Spain to become a Yoga Alliance Certified Vinyasa/Hatha Yoga Teacher.

The next step was only natural: to create a peaceful, welcoming space in the local community to share the healing gifts of yoga and massage. Liz hopes that Body Calm can give people a little sanctuary to quiet their minds, be in tune with their bodies and leave the studio feeling amazing.

Elizabeth does not have online booking, please contact her via text/call 208-914-0910 or email info@bodycalmstudio.com to book an appointment.

Sara Grace Nesbitt,

Professional Life’s Purpose Certified Life Coach, Yoga Teacher 200 RYT

© Snapshots by Jolene 2016

Sarah received her 200 RYT in the summer of 2011 and continues to fall deeply in love with the journey of sharing yoga with others. There is a running joke in her family that anytime someone is suffering from either physical, spiritual, or emotional conflict, Sarah’s instant response is “do yoga!” She is also a certified Life Coach, working with people to clear their own self limiting blocks to truly step into the lives that their hearts yearn for. She has come to see the mat as a truly sacred space, a sanctuary where we can come lay out our troubles, unwinding the stories and illusions that keep us in sorrow. As we learn to come to our mats with self compassion, love and honesty, we are then able to approach the world with tools and new perspectives. As she has experienced the mat as a training ground so to speak for the opportunities of growth in the world, Sarah creates a new intention each week, based on the challenges that we face in our day to day lives. Therefore each week offers an enriching experience far beyond the asanas. Sarah continues to find enthusiasm and purpose in sharing her light and love with others through yoga and coaching. She knows that she has found her Life’s Purpose. She shares this all to remind you that living your joy and your bliss is your birthright.
