Twist & Shout Yoga Detox

with Mary Baker and Penny Smith

Saturday January 20th 2:30 – 4:00

Join Penny and Mary for a January Detox to clear the body and mind. In December we indulge, in January we cleanse.
Through the combination of yoga styles we will aim to squeeze, stretch, fold, extend, lengthen and twist the body from the inside out and the outside in. This will help our body to release toxins, refresh our cells and bring focus back to our breath. A great way to function at your optimal capacity. We will also have a yummy cleansing drink.
This class is suitable for any level.
Cost is $10 for Body Calm members and $15 for non-members
