Vino-Yasa! Yoga @ Indian Creek Winery

Sunday July 22nd 10am – 11am

Join us every 4th Sunday at Indian Creek Winery for a beautiful and delicious flow of YOGA and WINE!

 Start your day in the gorgeous winery gardens for 1 hour of Yoga, then stay to enjoy a glass of delicious local wine (included).

 Pack a picnic, bring friends!  Stay as long as you like to enjoy the beautiful surroundings.  DON’T FORGET YOUR YOGA MAT! This month’s class will be led by Amber Hartley

3rd Sunday Meditation Class

 SUNDAY AUGUST 19th from 11:15am – 12PM

 Join us the 3rd Sunday of every month for meditation. Various meditation techniques will be explored each month, no experience necessary.

Each month the class, teacher and theme will vary. Wear comfortable clothing. Donations for the teacher and studio space are greatly appreciated, cash is accepted.

Free Class – Essential Oils 101

Thursday July 19th 11:15 – 12pm

Join E-RYT and doTERRA essential oil educator, Corrine Hathaway for a short, informational class to learn more about what essential oils are, how we can use them to support our health and wellness and how you can become a healer in your own home. Class is free, every 3rd Thursday of the month.

 Kids Summer Fun Yoga with Niki Dean

July 1st, 8th, 15th and 22nd

1:45 – 2:30pm

 

These fun and playful classes will incorporate music, breath awareness, mindfulness activities, and yoga postures. We will end each class with a guided relaxation. There will be face painting following class on July 22nd (donation based)

Cost $35 for the series $10 per class

NEW RESTORATIVE YOGA CLASS

Every Sunday beginning July 1st from 5:30 to 6:30pm

Let stress and tension melt away and connect with a deep sense of peace and relaxation. Restorative Yoga is a gentle healing form of Hatha yoga that is practiced with props to provide a supportive environment for total relaxation. Gentle poses create physiological responses, which are beneficial to your health and can reduce the effects of stress-related illness.The class is slow, deeply nurturing and suitable for all ages – particularly those with chronic pain or limitations.
