3rd Sunday Meditation Class

 SUNDAY September 16th from 11:15am – 12PM with Linda Holloway

 Join us the 3rd Sunday of every month for meditation. Various meditation techniques will be explored each month, no experience necessary.

Each month the class, teacher and theme will vary. Wear comfortable clothing. Donations for the teacher and studio space are greatly appreciated.

October 7th 11:15am – 12pm

Join us the 1st Sunday of every month for a PRANAYAMA (breathing practice) – MEDITATION class. No experience necessary. 

—Class will start with a few gentle stretches to prepare our body.

—Next, we will explore our own breathing pattern and practice different breathing techniques.

—We will finish with a silent meditation. 

Pranayama helps reduce anxiety and stress, improves energy level and helps the mind to settle down for our meditation practice.
