1st Sunday Meditation

Join us the 1st Sunday of every month for a PRANAYAMA (breathing practice) – MEDITATION class. No experience necessary. 

—Class will start with a few gentle stretches to prepare our body.

—Next, we will explore our own breathing pattern and practice different breathing techniques.

—We will finish with a silent meditation. 

Pranayama helps reduce anxiety and stress, improves energy level and helps the mind to settle down for our meditation practice.
