Stress-Free You: A Balanced Body

November 17th 3-5pm

In this class learn the 3 dietary stressors, the mind body spirit component to finding balance, and learn tools to mitigate stress, toxins, and then build the gut and adrenals so that you too can regain balance and feel joy and contentment.

3rd Sunday Meditation Class

 SUNDAY November 18th from 11:15am – 12PM with Sharon Hammer

 Join us the 3rd Sunday of every month for meditation. Various meditation techniques will be explored each month, no experience necessary.

Each month the class, teacher and theme will vary. Wear comfortable clothing. Donations for the teacher and studio space are greatly appreciated.

December 2nd 11:15am – 12:15pm

Join us the 1st Sunday of every month for a PRANAYAMA (breathing practice) – MEDITATION class. No experience necessary. 

—Class will start with a few gentle stretches to prepare our body.

—Next, we will explore our own breathing pattern and practice different breathing techniques.

—We will finish with a silent meditation. 

Pranayama helps reduce anxiety and stress, improves energy level and helps the mind to settle down for our meditation practice.
