Shannon Lind

Shannon has been doing yoga her entire life. She got serious about it several years ago while rehabilitating a shoulder injury. “The benefits of yoga and the gentle, strength-building movements helped me more than I thought they would.” Learning this, Shannon felt the draw to further her yoga education.

She is a graduate from Shanti Yoga School in McCall, and she earned her RYT200 certification in 2014. She finds strength in sharing her student’s energy, “every class is a different joy, and I take something with me every time I teach.” She has found strength and stillness in yoga that are so often missing, but are so very necessary in our lives. Because of this, Shannon loves to teach yin, restorative, slow flow, meditation — any class to allow students time to find their peace.
