Join us the 3rd Sunday of every month for meditation. This class is led by Sharon Hammer

This month’s meditation will focus on learning how to sense when your body is telling you what feels right and what feels wrong. The body does not lie!

1st Sunday Meditation

Join us the 1st Sunday of every month for a PRANAYAMA (breathing practice) – MEDITATION class. No experience necessary. 

—Class will start with a few gentle stretches to prepare our body.

—Next, we will explore our own breathing pattern and practice different breathing techniques.

—We will finish with a silent meditation. 

Pranayama helps reduce anxiety and stress, improves energy level and helps the mind to settle down for our meditation practice.
