Yoga Teacher | RYT 200
Natalie has been practicing Yoga since 2000. She completed her 200hr RYT from Yoga Means Union and teaches in various places around the Treasure Valley.
Natalie is also a Certified Health and Wellbeing Coach, has a Bachelor of Arts in Music Therapy and a Master of Science in Public Leadership: Social and Community Work. She has been providing support, therapy, and coaching for people of all ages including babies, children, families, and adults for over 20 years. She has a passion in meditation and mindfulness practices particularly around stress management and implementing self-care. She provides a unique approach to yoga and meditation using music based relaxation techniques. Outside of yoga, Natalie loves to hike, run, sing, and camping with her family.
