Prenatal Yoga Series with Holly Lammer –
More than just a yoga class, this unique series is designed to strengthen the physical and energetic body to prepare for birth and parenting and get more in touch with your own intuitive nature. Using mudra, mantra, meditation and asana, you will learn to “water the seeds of peace” for the next generation through mindful awareness of the neuro-hormonal and energetic connection between you and baby. Intentional prenatal bonding creates happy,healthy babies and women have easier births and fewer complications. Emphasis in this series is placed on following your own bodys cues and using breath as the guide to prepare for birth through building strength, flexibility and connection.
